Frequently Asked Questions

Can I shop in person? 

- We have a merchandise store in our Motion Center located at 355 Randolph Ave, Saint Paul, MN 55102. Our hours are 9am-5pm, Monday - Friday. The store may not carry everything that is shown on our website. If you have something specific in mind you can ask one of our employee's or call us before you visit to check inventory. You can reach us at (651)289-7700.

What is your return policy?

- All our policies are located in the menu tab of our stores website under "Help" 

Why hasn't my order arrived?

- Orders will take 1-5 days to process, once shipped a tracking number will be sent to the provided email. If you would like an update on processing time or there seems to be an issue with tracking, please reach out to shayw@tcmevents.org
